Namaste! What do you get out of your yoga practice? Are you driven by improving the postures or is there more to it? Perhaps you are "yoga curious" who has been shy to join a studio class? Or maybe you are looking for ways to grow, go inside, ignite transformation, or restore inner peace? Whatever moves you, this yoga practice will take you on a Mindful Journey in a spectacular site of Milton Keynes Peace Pagoda overlooking Willen Lake North.

Includes: Breathwork Pranayama, poses that help improve balance, flexibility, and strength, Guided Meditation and Tibetan singing bowls
