About The Event
In order to change something about ourselves, our lives, the way we relate with others, how we perceive happiness, success and abundance, we often first need to reset, allow ourselves space to reflect and set intentions. Becoming more aware, more mindful and committed helps in reaching our goals. Before we set off on a new journey, however, we need clarity, we need balance, we need our energy to enable us and not block.
Join me for this transformational practice where we will be practicing yoga (postures) alongside mindfulness, meditation and elements of other holistic therapies to prepare the ground for whatever you want to invite in your life. Each class will be focused on one of seven main energy centres that run along our spine, known as chakras. You will learn how to listen better to your body, mind and emotions, and how all of them can guide you into becoming more aware about yourself and leading a more fulfilled life.
