About The Event
Have you been feeling uncomfortable in your body or mind? Or perhaps, have you embarked on a personal development journey and are now looking for a little bit of guidance? Whatever brings you to the mat, Yoga State of Mind celebrates all wonderful ways in which we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, become more aware, present and connected, and gain invaluable skills for life.
During the class expect to learn different breathing techniques (Pranayama), work on correct body alignment through twisting, balancing and strengthening poses (Asanas) and at the end choose to relax, reflect or go inside with the help of Guided Meditation, Crystals and Five Senses. I hope the skills learnt during our practice will extend to your everyday life, whether to help you feel more positive, energised, keep a better posture, eat more mindfully or respond better to stressful situations.
