Invite good habits in your routine with Hatha yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and body-mind connection. The classes are 45 minutes and take place in a safe welcoming space provided by a local owner and community supporter. We invite everyone to take some time at the end of the week for self-care.
Pay-as-you-go option is available using payment link below or inquire about discounted multiple class passes.
From time to time we offer a bursary for those who struggle financially but would like to join the classes to work on their wellbeing.
